Switching During Invisalign

If you are hating your dentist that is doing your Invisalign treatment, is it possible to switch if you are in the middle of treatment? I don’t know if it’s like a clinic where you can’t switch between practitioners. I’d almost be willing to stop the treatment than stay with this man. He’s rude and makes every visit a political diatribe.

I’m sorry for the experience you have been dealing with during your treatments. I have some good news for you. Not only can you switch to a completely different dentist in the middle of your Invisalign treatment, but your current dentist is ethically obligated to provide your new dentist with all his treatment notes as well as your diagnostics.
I wouldn’t try to get your current dentist to turn everything over yourself. You are ready to be done with him as it is. I would let whomever you choose to continue your treatment to be the one to deal with him and get the information needed.
